Liverpool offers €70 million for the ‘bomb of the summer’ in Man Utd’s’sensational’ two-player £100 million exchange deal.

Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal are all trying to bolster their squads ahead of the new Premier League season.

The following are the most recent transfer rumors from the Premier League and across the world.

Man United’s’sensational’ trade offer
Manchester United are preparing a “sensational” players-plus-cash bid for West Ham United’s Declan Rice, according to reports.
Arsenal and Manchester City have long been regarded the frontrunners for the Hammers’ captain, with the Gunners long considered the favourites.

The competition is now wide open, thanks to City’s gatecrashing, and United have made their intentions clear, according to Football Insider, by giving the east London club £45 million plus two United players, one of which is Harry Maguire.

The same outlet calls it a “sensational” offer, one that might entice the Hammers, who have been linked with Maguire and are in need of a centre-back.

West Ham have put a £100 million tag on Rice’s head and have already rejected two proposals from Arsenal, the most recent of which was a £75 million offer with a £15 million add-on.

Liverpool will offer €70 million in the’summer bomb’
Next up is Liverpool’s attempt to entirely overhaul their midfield for the next season.
Jurgen Klopp’s team fell far short of expectations last season, and with the departures of Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the German is on a quest to bring in new blood.
The names on everyone’s lips on the red half of Merseyside have been Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch and Nice’s Khephren Thuram, but reports from Spain have added Real Madrid’s Federico Valverde to the mix, with Nacional claiming the Reds are willing to make a €70 million bid for the star.

Arsenal is closing up on Havertz.
According to Sky Sports writer Dharmesh Sheth, Arsenal will announce the acquisition of Kai Havertz this week.
The Chelsea forward wants to go across London, as the Blues are offloading players to balance their overcrowded team.
A £65 million contract is in place, and a physical is alleged to have taken place over the weekend, indicating that the move is nearly complete.

“Personal terms are not likely to be an issue. He’ll sign a long-term deal with Arsenal. A formal announcement on that £65 million deal is expected in the next days, thus Kai Havertz is extremely close to leaving Chelsea for Arsenal.”

Chelsea midfielder to depart
Staying with the Blues, another player is poised to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

According to Calcio Mercato, Ruben Loftus-Cheek will join AC Milan for €15 million. According to the magazine (via SportWitness), Loftus-Cheek has been “pushing for a new adventure,” and his arrival at the San Siro is now thought to be imminent.

The midfielder has been in west London for a decade but has never been able to secure a starting berth. If the agreement is reached, he would join former Blues teammate Fikayo Tomori at Milian.
