Today at Anfield, Liverpool legends will face Celtic legends in a charity match. Here’s how to watch the game, as well as the TV channel, live stream information, highlights, and early team news
Liverpool hasn’t played in a competitive match in over a week, and it will be a while before Jürgen Klopp’s side does so again.
Liverpool’s next Premier League match isn’t until April 1st, when they face Manchester City. There isn’t much happening in the Reds’ world until then.
Except for the Liverpool legends match against Celtic on March 25 at Anfield.
The game’s proceeds will all go to charity. The charity match, presented by AXA Health and in collaboration with Forever Reds — the club’s official former players association — will take place on Saturday, March 25.
Liverpool legends such as Steven Gerrard, Mohamed Sissoko, Gary McAllister, Dirk Kuyt, and Luis Garcia will all play for the Reds under new manager Sir Kenny Dalglish, who famously played for both sides during his playing career in the 1970s and 1980s.
