Contact Us
Use this page to get in touch with the Non Gamstop Casinos editorial team about a correction, a question on one of our guides, or feedback on how we present casino information. It also explains what we can't help with, because many messages we receive are really about a problem with a casino account. We don't run any of the casinos we cover and can't act on your behalf with them.
Commercial disclosure: the publisher may earn commission if you join an operator through links on this site. Commission does not decide rankings or what we write, and the same applies to any message you send us. Read more on our About Us page.
What you can contact us about
We're a research-based publisher, so the most useful messages are about the content itself:
- Corrections: a bonus, payment method or term on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Questions about a guide: something on wagering requirements, withdrawals, verification checks or Curaçao licensing isn't clear.
- Feedback: a topic you'd like covered, or a section that was hard to follow.
- Business or partnership enquiries: please say plainly who you are and what you propose. Partnerships never buy ranking position.
- Data and privacy requests: see our Terms and Conditions first.
What we can't do
We don't hold player accounts, payments or complaints files. We can't release a withdrawal, reverse a closed account or negotiate with a casino for you. Nor can we tell you whether a casino will pay out, as no one can guarantee that.
- For a withdrawal delay, verification request or bonus dispute, contact that casino's own support first. Keep screenshots, dates and transaction references.
- If the casino doesn't resolve it, use its formal complaints procedure and note any dispute body named in its terms. Casinos licensed in Curaçao are outside the UK Gambling Commission's scope, so UK-style dispute routes may not apply.
- Never send us passwords, full card numbers or identity documents.
The casinos we cover
Our lists include Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. If you're writing about one of them, tell us which, and quote the page and the wording you're questioning. That lets us check it quickly against the casino's current published terms.
Bonus figures are casino advertising and can change without notice. Always read the live terms before depositing, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, expiry dates and cashout caps. Our main casino comparison page explains how we review them.
How to write a message we can act on
- Give the page address or title you're referring to.
- Quote the sentence or figure in question.
- Say what you believe is correct and, if you can, where it's published.
- Note the date you saw it, as offers and terms change.
- Tell us if you'd like a reply, and how to reach you.
What happens after you write
We read every message about accuracy. Where a claim can be checked against a casino's published terms or a regulator's guidance, we update the page and its date. We can't promise a reply to every message, and we don't give personal gambling, legal or financial advice. We have no set response time to quote.
If gambling is causing you harm
If gambling is affecting your finances, mood or relationships, please don't wait. GamCare offers free, confidential support through the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. You can also use GAMSTOP to self-exclude from UK-licensed sites, and set deposit and loss limits or use blocking software. Our Responsible Gambling page explains these tools. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way out of debt.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Non-GamStop casinos are not covered by GAMSTOP, so check the licence, terms and your own limits carefully.
