The World Cup winner has been a transfer story for about a month now, but this latest update suggests that this could be a lengthy transfer saga.

Pavard is a fantastic right-back, and any club that can sign him this summer will be extremely fortunate.

The most recent Pavard news from Liverpool
Liverpool finished fifth in the Premier League, so it’s no surprise that they’re already heavily involved in the market.

Florian Plettenberg provided the most recent Pavard update. He posted on Twitter, “Update Pavard: As previously reported and now confirmed, he will be permitted to leave Bayern immediately.

“Bayern demands a €30-40 million transfer fee.” Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United, and other clubs have joined!”

This is huge because Bayern Munich is willing to let the Liverpool target go.

However, there is some bad news: some major clubs are now very interested. Also, £25-35 million does not appear to be a lot.

The issue is that the four clubs mentioned all play in the Champions League, whereas Liverpool does not.

The right-back is highly regarded by many. The player is described as ‘one of Europe’s most talented full-backs’ by 90Min.

It would be surprising to see him content with Europa League football.
