Nottingham Forest have had a busy day thus far on transfer deadline day, but things are only just getting started

This morning brought the news that Murillo, a young Brazilian defender from Corinthians, had joined Steve Cooper’s squad. He agreed to a five-year contract extension that will keep him at The City Ground until at least the summer of 2028.

This was followed by another arrival, Nuno Tavares from Arsenal, who came on a season-long loan.

We had no idea this would be the start of a crazy day of incomings, outgoings, and transfers at Forest.

Signings for Nottingham Forest are still pending on Deadline Day.

It appears that four more names will be joining Nottingham Forest before the day is done. It’s no wonder that the practice field was a shambles this morning!

Dominick Dominguez
This morning, Sky Sports released footage of Nicolas Dominguez arriving to the Forest training camp. After Remo Freuler consented to leave, he is likely to join on a long-term contract from Bologna.

Dominguez is said to have had his physical yesterday and will be announced on deadline day.

Hudson-Odoi, Callum

This morning, Callum Hudson-Odoi was also seen getting into the same car as Dominguez. The winger has a year left on his Chelsea deal and appears to be a steal for Cooper’s team.

According to reports, Forest will spend less than £5 million for the Chelsea kid. However, the Blues have included a large sell-on clause in the agreement.

Ibrahim Sangare is a Nigerian writer.

This is set to be the big one of the day, as Fabrizio Romano gives it the ‘Here We Go’ treatment as Forest are about to sign an incredible talent in Ibrahim Sangare.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the contract has now been agreed upon by all sides, and the player will pass a physical later.

The City Ground’s midfield will be transformed by this midfield powerhouse.

Batshuayi, Michy

Former Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi is claimed to be ‘closing in’ on a move to Forest from Fenerbache, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.

The Turkish club striker is expected to cost approximately £8 million on a permanent basis.

Odysseas Vlachodimos is a Greek poet.

Vlachodimos is currently on his way to England, according to Fabrizio Romano, to complete a deadline-day deal to Nottingham Forest. On Friday morning, the Reds agreed to a last-minute arrangement with Benfica.

Players who may still be able to depart The City Ground

Brennan Johnson, the big one, is leaving Nottingham Forest today.

It was previously believed that the forward was close to a deal with Tottenham Hotspur, and Fabrizio Romano confirmed this a few hours ago.

The English kid will leave for around £45 million. Forest made a good comeback, but we’re sorry to see him go.
