According to an Italian tabloid, three clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, are interested in acquiring Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic during the summer transfer window.
Juve could need to offload one of their prized players in order to balance the books after failing to make Champions League qualification for the upcoming season.
Since Dusan Vlahovic began to steal the show for Fiorentina early in his career, the possibility of his heading to the Premier League appears to have never been off the table.
Tottenham are considering Vlahovic.
He has not been impressed by his stay with the Old Lady. In 63 outings across all competitions for the team, he has netted 23 goals. However, according to Sky Sports, the club paid £66.6 million to lure him to Turin. He has thus far fallen short of expectations.
And with that, it appears he may get the opportunity to travel this summer. Following their seventh-place performance in Serie A, Calciomercato speculates that one of Vlahovic, Federico Chiesa, or Gleison Bremer may be moved.
Interesting news is that according to Calciomercato, Tottenham, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich are the three teams most interested in signing the Serbian.
Spurs being mentioned as one of the top contenders in the competition is unexpected. You could assume that there is little to no possibility of Ange Postecoglou‘s team providing the type of price Juve would ask for Vlahovic if Harry Kane stays at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Italians will undoubtedly want to at least recover the majority of their investment. And compared to another striker, Tottenham has considerably higher priority.
However, if Kane does go, that circumstance may obviously alter. The Athletic reported that Bayern Munich is hopeful of bringing Harry Kane this summer.
If Kane departed, it would be unexpected. Bayern is chasing this trade, though, for a reason. Spurs may now be looking at prospective successors as a result.
Vlahovic has a ‘ridiculous’ amount of skill. So it stands to reason that if Kane’s exit becomes more likely, there will be much more spoken about the youngster.
