“Top class” 21-year-old Rangers player on the verge of a permanent departure from Ibrox

According to a recent update, a “top class” Rangers player is reportedly close to permanently leaving Ibrox during the January transfer window.

In the Scottish Cup fourth round, the Rangers defeated Fraserburgh 5-0 at home on Sunday, but in the coming weeks, there will be a lot of attention on possible January signings.

Allan Campbell, a Scot currently on loan at Charlton Athletic from Luton Town, has been considered as a Rangers alternative during the current transfer window. If the appropriate offer comes along, the Hatters won’t stand in his way; Aberdeen, Hearts, and Hibernian have all been named as potential suitors.

Lyall Cameron, 22, a midfielder for Dundee, has also been linked to a January move to the Gers. The Scottish Premiership powerhouses view the 22-year-old as an interesting long-term possibility. They are even reportedly in advanced negotiations to finalize that signing, which raises the possibility that a relocation will occur shortly.

Additionally, there have been rumors that Rangers players are departing the team this month, with West Ham of the Premier League reportedly interested in Vaclav Cerny.

With nine goals in the league this season, the 27-year-old would be a huge loss for Philippe Clement, but given the difficulties in terminating his current loan agreement, the Hammers might at least wait until the summer.
