The Dallas Cowboys are mathematically still in the running for the postseason, but they haven’t salvaged their season. This Thanksgiving, Mike McCarthy’s team defeated the New York Giants 27–20, winning a second straight game for the second time this year
In fact, the Cowboys’ season appeared to be nearly finished at one point due to their 3-7 record. Even though they still have a slim chance of qualifying for the postseason, two consecutive victories have significantly increased their chances.
However, one player for the Cowboys is indifferent to the odds. He thinks Dallas is prepared to compete in the NFL Playoffs.

Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons was asked why Dallas seems to be playing so much better lately before he discussed the turkey leg he received for his outstanding performance against the Giants.
In response, he said the following:
Sincerely, the question has been, ‘Why not us?’ Everyone counted us out. The feeling was simply that enough was enough. I have faith in these players, and we know what we have and can do there.
We’re going to flip it around and flee, I think.
Parsons was named the game’s MVP with three tackles, 1.5 sacks, and four quarterback hits.
Is it possible for the Dallas Cowboys to Compete in the NFL Playoffs?
The Cowboys will not have an easy game, as they have demonstrated throughout the season. This is particularly true when the season comes to an end.
The five games Dallas has left are:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6) at Philadelphia Eagles (9-2) against. Washington Commanders (7-5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (4-7) at Carolina Panthers (3-8)
Right now, the Commanders are in last place in the NFC Playoffs. Dallas is probably going to have to win out if they want to make a run.
