Steve Cooper is aiming to add more firepower before the transfer window closes and Forest loses Brennan Johnson, who Tottenham Hotspur wants.

Nottingham Forest and Fenerbahce are currently in contact with Batshuayi, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
Batshuayi is eager to join City Ground, and talks are underway; he would cost €10 million.
Batshuayi has previously played in the Premier League for Chelsea and Crystal Palace.
The striker has been representing Turkey in football since 2021, first on loan with Besiktas and most recently with Fenerbahce.

He has already contributed to Fenerbahce’s scoring this season, scoring twice in Europa Conference League matches.
