Following Liverpool’s 3-0 loss against Brighton, several have said that Jurgen Klopp needs to restructure his team

Danny Welbeck added to two goals from Solly March in the second half to hand Klopp’s team a convincing loss on the south coast. It was the visitors’ sixth Premier League loss this season

Klopp was asked if he feels it’s time for a significant rebuild in light of the ongoing concerns over the composition of the team at his disposal, particularly the alternatives in midfield, but the Liverpool manager says he disagrees with those notions

The Reds manager emphasized that it was his and the present players’ responsibility to make sure that those claims were forgotten moving forward

Klopp replied, “I understand why you may pose a question of that nature, but it’s not like that. It’s our fault. “That has nothing to do with the modifications. Since I don’t have any offensive players, I can’t really say, “Oh, everything is good up front but everything is bad in midfield, so that’s why we altered it.” Although we have some limitations, we are to blame for your perception

“Who has given us their best season to date? It is challenging [to name somebody], I suppose. But when you let these kinds of queries and thoughts in, those are the typical things that surface

“I realize that, but it’s our responsibility to make sure you can’t raise these questions any longer

Liverpool will play again on Tuesday night when they travel to Wolves in the FA Cup and on Saturday at noon when they host Chelsea at Anfield in the Premier League
