According to Gazeta Esportiva, Liverpool has already informed Fluminense that they would make an offer.
The Tricolor have been notified that the bid would be delivered “in the next few days,” with the Reds placing €25 million on the table.
Liverpool are believed to be “closer to achieving a happy ending,” and André agrees, saying he views the move with “good eyes.”
The fact that Fluminense only wants the player gone in January, while the Reds’ plan has always been to sign him in the summer, midway through Brazil’s season, could lead to prolonged conversations.
