Fidel O’Rourke, a young player from Liverpool, has joined Halifax Town
Young forward Fidel O’Rourke has officially joined Halifax Town on loan for the rest of the season, according to Liverpool.
In his first 10 games for Welsh Premier League team Caernarfon Town, the 20-year-old attacker scored seven goals.
O’Rourke is now a member of Halifax in the National League. The final Thursday in March is the deadline for signings by clubs in the division. 17th in the table is The Sheyman.
Fidel O’Rourke has joined FC Halifax Town for the duration of the 2022–23 campaign, according to a statement from Liverpool.
The 20-year-old, who has just returned from a stint with Caernarfon Town, will join the National League team for the remainder of the current season.
O’Rourke, who has been with Liverpool since the U14 level, scored seven goals in his 10 games in the Welsh Premier League.
During the January transfer season, Jake Cain was transferred to Swindon Town for an undisclosed sum, while fellow young players Jarell Quansah and Luke Chambers respectively joined Bristol Rovers and Kilmarnock on loan.
