As pressure mounts on the person currently in the hot seat, Hansi Flick, the Liverpool manager has been connected with a shocking departure to become the Germany national team manager

Despite persistent rumors that he intended to accept the upcoming, maybe empty position as manager of the Germany national team, Jurgen Klopp has already announced the date he will depart his position as Liverpool’s manager.

The current manager of Germany is, of course, former Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick, who is currently the subject of severe criticism due to a dismal run of results. His team has only won three of their last 11, with Colombia defeating them 2-0 at home in the most recent game.

Some believe that Flick’s time is running out after his team’s failure to advance past the group stages of the World Cup in Qatar late last year. Many people believe that Klopp’s head can be changed if he is executed.

The German FA reportedly views Klopp as their ideal hire, but if the most recent remarks made by Klopp’s agent, Marc Kosicke, are any indication, that dream will likely remain just that—a dream.

“Jurgen has a long-term contract with Liverpool,” Kosicke said to Bild. The nation of Germany also has a coach. Therefore, it doesn’t affect us at all.

Klopp has previously addressed the rumors that have been swirling about his time as the Reds’ manager, but not everything seems to be as it seems.

When asked if he would go back to Germany after his career, Klopp told SWR Sport: “Definitely to live. Probably even to Mainz.

That may be the case, but he was also questioned about his tenure as Anfield’s manager in 2020, just after signing a contract extension.

It was his response, “Four years in Liverpool.”

Although he has now signed a new contract extending his tenure until the summer of 2026, that would have only gotten him through to 2024. No matter what, Klopp has also been transparent about what his life will be like after leaving Liverpool.

The German has said he wants to “do nothing for a year” before saying he might go back to managing or end his career permanently.

He added in a fairly cryptic manner, “In five years the world can seem very different again.

Soon after, he stated to Kicker magazine, “I have unstoppable energy. But I do have one issue. I’m unable to do “a little bit.” I can only give everything I have.

“I’m going to take a year off when I decide I can’t do it any longer.”

The fact that Klopp has no plans to terminate his contract for the time being is consoling for Liverpool fans. The strategy appears to be to complete his deal before taking any further action.
