“I could have made a guy miss, but I just hit him,” said Josh Jacobs of the Packers.

Josh Jacobs, the running back for the Green Bay Packers, may feel a bit let down on Monday night

Jacobs stated on Thursday, “I enjoyed practice today.” “It was perhaps the first time in my life that I had ever played or practiced on snow. Today was enjoyable.

Although it is predicted to be 32 degrees when the Packers play the New Orleans Saints at Lambeau Field on Monday at 7:15 p.m. CST, if anything is falling on the frozen tundra, it will probably be freezing drizzle.

Even in the absence of snow, the former Alabama ball carrier will still enjoy a cold-weather game.

“I enjoy the games because they force the defenders to make decisions because they don’t want to hit in cold or snowy conditions,” Jacobs remarked. Sometimes you have to make a sort of business decision. I will force you to make that choice, which will make it simpler for me.

If he can, Jacobs added, he likes to make a statement early in games.

It really sets the tone for what we’re going to do and who we’re going to be in that game. “There have been a few times where I feel like I could have made a guy miss,” Jacobs added, “but I just hit him so the team could see that and feel that type of energy from me.” That’s how I think, too, because it kind of makes defenders think, “Dang, we got to put up with this for four quarters.” I’m merely attempting to enter and actually lay it on them.

Jacobs has received up to 32 rushing attempts in a game this season and just finished a 26-carry game, his second in four weeks.

Green Bay running backs coach Ben Sirmans told the Packers’ official website, “I saw him after the game.” “Oh man, you probably can’t even walk right now,” I said. “No, I’m fine,” he said. I’m doing fine. He walked with a pleasant bounce. …

He resembles Wolverine in certain ways. His body simply keeps healing itself, and he is well.

This season, Green Bay is 6-0 when Jacobs achieves 19 rushing attempts and 4-4 when he doesn’t meet that threshold.

“At the moment, I don’t have any bruises or anything,” Jacobs stated. “I feel fantastic. It seems like we can accomplish anything as long as I’m feeling fine. I would probably advise being cautious if I were now struggling with something. However, I feel fantastic.

“The ball is what I want.” I’ll do all it takes to assist this squad win. I don’t mind if we pass the ball forty times and win. I don’t mind at all. I have absolutely no complaints. However, I would really like to contribute to the team’s victory.
