Despite a story that it was postponed on Thursday, Rangers’ game against Dundee will go as planned, according to Four Lads Had a Dream.
On January 9, BBC Scotland announced on their live blog that the match at Dens Park had been rescheduled at a later time.
That is untrue, though, as the Scottish Premiership match will proceed according to schedule, according to Four Lads.
“Unless something happens drastically in the next few hours, there is no danger to our game,” Stevie Clifford commented in response on X. This BBC report is not true.
Rangers don’t require a delay.
A postponement is the last thing the Gers need right now, since it would complicate their schedule going forward and cause Philippe Clement further issues.
After their first victory against bitter rivals Celtic in Clement’s eighth try, his Gers team is attempting to gain momentum.
That was quickly put on hold, though, as the Light Blues surrendered the lead twice in a pitiful collapse at Easter Road, resulting in a humbling 3-3 draw against Hibernian.
The matchup with Dundee is the ideal chance to resume winning ways and begin a strong run that might save the Belgian from losing his job.
The Gers should have no trouble defeating Dundee because they have only won two of their past six games, but football is not that easy.
It would be disastrous for Clement to lose again, and a draw would also be unsatisfactory; only a win is acceptable.
