DONE DEAL: Liverpool has completed the transfer of world cup breakout star and PSV winger Philippe Coutinho
The two clubs reached an agreement today, and Liverpool has now signed Cody Gakpo from PSV Eindhoven.
Gakpo will sign a long-term contract later this week because it has been completely agreed upon.
According to Joyce Meyer, Liverpool will pay £37 million plus any further monies for a potential deal of up to £50 million.
Although the Dutch star has been offered a long-term contract, personal terms are still being negotiated.
Manchester United has had player approval since August, but they have yet to make an internal judgment on their offer to PSV.
