Liverpool have moved quickly to sign top Manchester United target , with the deal poised to be completed in the near future
According to Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, the Dutch international is about to sign a five-and-a-half-year contract (keeping him at Anfield until the summer of 2028).

During the Reds’ preseason game against Strasbourg, Konate developed a problem that has prevented him from playing since.
The Liverpool staff has deemed Konate healthy, and he is set to be in the squad to face Brighton this weekend, according to the French sports outlet RMC Sport.
