Definitely not’… Pundit claims Celtic have signed two gamers who Brendan Rodgers didn’t pick

The chat surrounding Celtic’s commercial enterprise in the switch market has been front and centre ever on account that Brendan Rodgers commenced transport out players in January

Marco Tilio left to join Melbourne FC on mortgage as did Hyeokkyu Kwon who went to Paisley to be a part of Stephen Robinson’s St Mirren.

Gustaf Lagerbielke was set for a January exit until an injury to Cameron Carter-Vickers put paid to that. So it is little marvel there have been questions surrounding Celtic’s switch enterprise and Brendan Rodgers‘ function in that.

However, pundit Ewan Cameron, believes that at least two of Celtic’s summer signings had been compelled on Rodgers and that the Hoops manager had no say in the matter.

Cameron stated [Big Scottish Football Podcast], “I examine the other night time there that Celtic spent £22m on four wingers and two centre backs, and the two centre backs are Lagerbielke and Nawrocki.

“£7.3m was once spent on simply these two players. They’re genuinely not Brendan Rodgers’ signings. Because if they have been his signings, he’d be enjoying them, right?

“They’re now not his signings, they’ve been pressured on him and he doesn’t fancy them. He doesn’t fee them.

“And I just surprise whether or not there’s some sort of standoff there and it’s inflicting problems in the back of the scenes because Rodgers is going, ‘You’re now not top adequate for me. I don’t favor them.’

“That’s why he’s playing Scales and Welsh.”

Now, the authentic line from Celtic and Rodgers is that the supervisor signs and symptoms off on all the players who have been recruited so far this season.

So it is little wonder that there have beenquestions raised about Rodgers’ role if players he signed off in the summer time are now deemed not exact sufficient now not four months later.

The next switch window will be massive for Celtic. Regardless of whether they win the league or not, if recruitment is now not right, we may want to see our relentless period of domination in Scotland come to a shuddering halt.
