According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur are dominating the hunt for Gleison Bremer, who is also being pursued by Chelsea and Manchester United.
Since it was revealed a few weeks ago (CalcioMercato) that Juventus were interested in selling Bremer to Tottenham, speculation connecting the Brazilian with a move to the North London club has increased.
According to The Telegraph, Spurs and a few other Premier League teams are waiting to see whether the Serie A heavyweights put the 26-year-old on the market.
Spurs may have to compete with Manchester United and Chelsea.
According to the Mail, Spurs might face competition for the former Torino player from both Manchester United and Chelsea.
According to the magazine, it would take a bid of roughly £50 million to entice Bremer away from the Allianz Stadium this summer.
Tottenham are thought to be at the ‘head of the queue’ for the centre-back’s signature, with the Lilywhites administration anxious to give Ange Postecoglou the resources he needs to get off to a good start.
When you consider that Juventus spent €50m (£42.8m) to recruit Bremer from Torino last summer and he has gone on to have a good debut season with the Old Lady, £50m is a reasonable price for Bremer.
Several Premier League clubs would be tempted to sign the Brazilian if he is available at that price.
