There’s a moment every coach dreams of  when a new player not only buys in, but executes. Over and over. No questions asked, no shortcuts taken. Just consistent, coachable excellence.

For Mark Pope, that moment came early this offseason with Kam Williams.

“I’m really proud of Kam, especially to be a new guy in the program and come here, and it’s unbelievable when you get to coach a guy where you tell him, ‘We need you to do this every single time,’ and he does it every single time,” Pope said recently.
