According to Sky Sports, Rangers have not extended an offer to Ianis Hagi for a new deal.
David Edgar revealed on Monday, January 27, that the Light Blues had extended their offer to the 26-year-old, whose current contract at Ibrox expires at the end of the current campaign.
But according to Sky Sports’ live transfer blog (January 28, 1:42 pm), those rumors are untrue, as negotiations are only still continuing on with Findlay Curtis and Zak Lovelace.

Will Ianis Hagi depart Rangers following the Ibrox comeback? Notably, after returning from a season-long loan at Alaves in the summer, Hagi was instructed to find a new club. Due to a contract issue in Govan, Philippe Clement also banished the Romanian international from his first team roster.
Since then, though, Hagi has brought his career back to life with the Glasgow giants, making 16 appearances in all competitions and helping to score seven goals. Whether the attacker has done enough to secure a new contract at Rangers is still up in the air.
