As the Kilmarnock manager provides Robby McCrorie with an injury update, Derek McInnes becomes enraged about the Celtic Scottish Cup triumph.

Robby McCrorie, the goalie, may have broken his cheekbone, according to Kilmarnock manager Derek McInnes. After a collision with Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn, the custodian sustained an injury barely 30 seconds into the Scottish Cup loss.

When McCrorie sprang at the German’s feet, he was clattered and instantly removed. He was scheduled to go to the hospital, but his boss is worried that there may be significant harm.

Killie lost by a slim margin of 2-1 at Parkhead, and Kieran O’Hara had to take McCrorie’s place early. After Callum McGregor’s first goal, Bobby Wales tied the score, but Daizen Maeda scored the game-winning goal to eliminate the visitors.

McInnes then gave an update on Brad Lyons, his wounded number one and backup captain, who also hobbled off. “We’re most concerned that he mayh ave broken his cheekbone,” he stated. He is currently undergoing an x-ray, but given the current state of the NHS, we might not find out till Monday!

It appears that the doctor believes it to be his cheekbone. With him, we’re bracing ourselves for the worse. Brad then suffered a hamstring injury. Due to the draw, the cards were stacked against us, and we arrived here exhausted as well.

“That is Celtic’s strongest team, and they were playing at full strength when the team line arrived from Celtic.” Therefore, we had to deal with that.

Killie put up a strong fight and faced Celtic for seventy minutes as they attempted to force extra time. However, Killie’s objections earned assistant manager Paul Sheerin a yellow card, which infuriated McInnes, who believed Marley Watkins had been upended in the build-up.

“It should have been a foul for us,” the manager stated. I’m not sure how the fourth official can give it the other way. Auston Trusty fouled Watkins, and I witnessed it return.

The foul was 20 yards further forward, so they don’t take it from there. While we were still debating it, it was swiftly sent to the opposing side, and twenty seconds later, it was in the back of our net.

“At least make sure it’s taken from the correct position if we won’t receive the foul. Top player Nicolas Kuhn scores by sliding Maeda in. I believed we did that today, but there are legitimate ways to lose a cup tie.
